We strive to provide the most complete catalog of parts, accessories, and consumables possible, but you may be looking for products that we do not currently have listed for sale.

In the case of official Honda parts, as a dealer, we have access to 100% of your motorcycle's references, even if we do not put them all online.

In the case of other manufacturers, we may have missed something or prioritized quality suppliers in whom we have total confidence.

In any case, there is only one thing to do: contact us! We will be delighted to help you find what you need and talk about your bike with you!

To help us quickly identify the correct reference, please provide us with the model, year, and ideally the serial number (VIN) of your motorcycle. We will confirm compatibility, price, and lead time before any order.

How can I be sure the part is compatible with my motorcycle?

We do our best to place products in the categories to which they apply. By following the menu for your motorcycle, you should find only products compatible with it.

In addition, on the product page, a compatibility indication is given as explicitly as possible. Despite all the care taken with this information, the final responsibility for the choice of part lies with the customer.

In case of doubt about specific or older products, we remain available to give you the best advice.

Are the products actually in stock?

We stock a majority of our common references, which allows us to quickly ship approximately 50% of our orders.

For references that are not in stock, each product page includes information on the expected procurement lead time.

Whether in stock or not, rest assured, total processing times rarely exceed one week!

Delivery

What are your delivery times?

The question of lead times is important, and we understand that our customers are very vigilant about this. In our case, times vary according to stock levels, replenishment times, and transport time to your delivery location.

Each product page is set up to indicate if a product is in stock or to indicate the average observed replenishment time from the supplier. This period can sometimes be significantly shorter or longer, hence the phrase "expected shipping".

Next, the delivery time by the carrier should be added. For France, it is 24h or 48h with Chronopost; for international orders, it varies by country within the standard timeframes of the chosen carrier (express with DHL or standard with national postal services).

In all cases, your order confirmation email will confirm a time range for the receipt of the package at your home. Additionally, as soon as it is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package in real time.

Do you deliver worldwide?

We deliver to a large number of countries with a few restrictions inherent to logistical or legal issues.

We do our maximum to make things possible, no matter where you are currently located!

Our partner DHL, as well as national postal services, allow us to cover almost the entire world. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees or local taxes may be applied by the authorities of the destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

I ordered a few days ago and I still haven't received my package.

You may have ordered a product that was out of stock; please check your order confirmation email, which indicates as accurately as possible the estimated total processing time for your order.

If the package has already left our warehouse, you should have a tracking number (Chronopost, DHL, National Post), which you can find by email or in the order section of your customer area.

Are purchases in your store secure?

Our sites now count thousands of customers satisfied with our products and order processing.

We attach great importance to ensuring maximum security regarding order/payment procedures, but also regarding the quality of the products you receive.

In case of a problem, our customer service will help you kindly and as quickly as possible.

What payment methods are available?

The preferred payment method is credit card, the use of which is now secured by encryption technologies and the fact that no banking information is kept post-transaction. We offer two payment providers for credit cards: Paypal (which also allows payment by bank account transfer or with a Paypal balance) and Payplug, a major web player from large French banks.

Payment is also possible with third-party services such as Apple Pay, Bancontact, GiroPay, and other "local" payment methods for our international customers in specific countries.

With Paypal, it is also possible to choose payment in 4 installments without fees, the application and criteria for which are explained at the time of payment.

We also accept bank transfers and checks (for our French customers). In these cases, for obvious insurance reasons, the departure of your order is deferred by the time it takes to clear the payment.

Will I receive an invoice?

An invoice is automatically available in your customer area after the order has been shipped.

Returns and After-Sales Service

Can I return a product?

You have a legal period of 14 days after receipt to return an unused product to us in its original packaging.

Certain parts (special orders, painted parts, used parts) may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law.

Please contact us beforehand to organize the return and learn about the terms.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong reference?

For order errors, following the logic of the right of withdrawal, we allow standard returns or exchanges.

You can contact us, and we will establish an exchange quote including the return of the wrong part and the sending of the correct one, subject to availability.

Are the parts under warranty?

New parts benefit from the manufacturer's legal warranty, which is generally 2 years from delivery. In the specific field of motorcycles, the application of warranties is subject to compliance with assembly quality criteria and recommendations for use.

In case of a problem, our customer service will support you through the process and offer the solution best suited to the situation and current law.

I am a professional, what are your conditions?

We offer professionals (motorcycle shops, workshops, related professions) specific rates and individualized support.

For European professionals, we perform an entry in our database which then allows you to guet quotes and order tax-free.

Of course, as with all other orders, we provide complete invoices for your accounting.
