Approved muffler or racing header: what's the difference for road use?

The racing headers offered here are not approved for road use. Also check the approval conditions for your chosen muffler: the approval for the Remus NXT is valid only with catalytic converter ref. 0105 255023. Installing the Akrapovic racing header invalidates the approval of the Akrapovic muffler.

Which compatibility details should you check before ordering?

If you use side panniers, check the muffler configuration: the low-mount HP Corse SP-2 is listed as compatible only with Honda panniers. For the other parts, the Arrow racing header is compatible with an Arrow or stock muffler, while the Mivv Oval and Dakar heat shields are each intended for their respective product line.
